Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM platform and its core technologies
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft technology stack, including.NET, C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET, and MVC
- Hands-on experience developing Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and integrations using.NET
- Proficient with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Dynamics 365 Customer Experience modules
- Demonstrated ability to manage and engage clients effectively
- Experience working within a managed services environment
- Some experience in an applications management, support or development role
- ITIL Foundation certification (preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of IT service management practices, SLAs, and ITIL-aligned processes
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong ability to scope, document, and translate business requirements into clear technical tasks and deliverables
