Technical Program Manager, Vehicle System Integration

The Vehicle System Integration team delivers the system design and electrical architectures required to achieve a high level of system reliability for our autonomous fleet. As the Technical Program Manager (TPM) for Vehicle System Integration, you will develop actionable E/E system design roadmaps using configuration management tools.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of experience, with 5+ years specifically in Technical Program Management within a hardware/software environment.
• Proven track record in vehicle E/E system design, electrical integration, or managing complex HW/SW interfaces.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet) and experience with Configuration Management.
• Strong track record of driving complex, cross-functional projects from requirements through validation.
• Ability to thrive in rapid design cycles; remains flexible and maintains a high level of organization in the face of uncertainty.
• Exceptional ability to facilitate both technical and non-technical discussions, aligning diverse perspectives toward a common design goal.
• Self-motivated and proactive; able to identify risks before they become blockers.
