Job Description
Our mission is to pioneer electric aviation, and we're looking for a Cost Manager to shape the commercial success of our eVTOL aircraft. You'll own and manage cost data, develop cost models, and drive improvements in cost management processes.
Requirements
- Degree in STEM, Finance, or a related discipline
- 5+ years' experience in procurement cost management, cost engineering, or a similar role
- Strong analytical and commercial capability
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel or data analysis tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in New Product Introduction (NPI) environments
