Junior Aircraft Manufacturing Engineer role at Vertical Aerospace, pioneering electric aviation with a focus on safety and sustainability. The role involves designing production systems, supporting tooling installation, and improving material flow and logistics. As a graduate, you'll work hands-on within the Manufacturing Engineering team, reporting to the Head of Manufacturing Engineering.
Requirements
- Degree-qualified in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain or a related discipline
- Interest in production system design and industrialisation
- Structured thinker who enjoys solving practical problems
- Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced build environment
- Confident collaborating with engineers, operators and leadership
- Curious, resilient and motivated by seeing tangible results
- Experience with CAD tools (CATIA beneficial) is helpful, but not essential
