Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

Advanced Manufacturing Engineer will lead and oversight multiple projects on Thermal & DCP BU, focused on Reynosa Operations leading product transfers, new product introduction programs, process improvements, and capital projects.

Requirements

• Work closely with Line of Business Leaders to ensure manufacturing plans are aligned to Product Roadmaps.
• Responsible for End of Line Testing Equipment, Parameters, scripts and Capex associated
• Lead, Develop and implement manufacturing plans for assigned new products according to NPDI program
• Lead and Provide direct support for plant-to-plant product transfers and new product development programs.
• Support Vertiv manufacturing operations using standard processes, equipment, and manufacturing methods.
• Identify, justify, pilot, and commission Advanced Manufacturing technologies, processes, equipment, and practices.
• Provide support for manufactured cost analyses of new and existing products.
• Responsible for the execution of Manufacturing Readiness Checklist and deliverables of NPDI Process
• Leader for Manufacturing Prototype builds along with the local operation team to achieve 2 weeks LT
• Accountable and Supportive Role for Engineering Prototype builds with Design Engineering
• Actively intervenes in growth strategies for assigned BU, footprint and technical capacity definition
• Implement best manufacturing practices for existing processes and provide multi-site manufacturing engineering support.
• Assist with business-critical capital projects including facility planning, layout, and cost justification.
