Job Description
Vertiv is hiring a CVC technician for field service positions in Quebec, Canada, to maintain, install, startup, programmed preventive maintenance, and emergency response of Liebert cooling products. The technician will establish and maintain client relationships, collaborate with colleagues, commercial representatives, and the CRC, while ensuring compliance with safety directives.
Requirements
- Perform on-site and telephone support to clients.
- Implement feedback on the field (FCN).
- Maintain a continuous communication with the CRC, zone/district offices and the direct manager.
- Operate in a safe manner.
- Follow company procedures for planned maintenance.
