Job Description
The Commercial Counsel will negotiate, draft, and manage complex commercial contracts while supporting Vertiv's strategic market growth initiatives. This role partners closely with Sales, Strategy and Growth, and Leadership Teams to structure scalable, compliant, and risk-balanced agreements that enable market expansion and deepen customer relationships.
Requirements
- Negotiate, draft, finalize, and manage various commercial agreements
- Serve as a strategic legal advisor to business development teams
- Effectively provide counsel and support for commercial transactions and objectives
- Utilize contract lifecycle tools with focus on process improvement
- Effectively provide counsel and support for general corporate and business matters
