The Director, Mergers & Acquisitions will advance Vertiv's inorganic growth strategy through financial analysis, due diligence, and transaction execution, partnering closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Lead financial evaluation of acquisition and divestiture opportunities
- Partner with business leaders to develop financial forecasts and synergy models
- Prepare and present valuation summaries and investment recommendations
- Lead financial due diligence efforts across multiple transactions
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and operational data to identify risks and opportunities
- Lead, mentor, and develop M&A team members
