DVT Engineering Lead - High Density Liquid Cooling

The DVT Engineer Lead is responsible for driving the Design Verification Testing strategy and quality assurance for next-generation liquid-cooling products. This role requires collaboration across mechanical, electrical, controls, process, and manufacturing engineering in a fast-paced, world-class lab environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• 5 plus years of engineering experience in product development, test engineering, or validation of thermal or electromechanical systems.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat-transfer systems (water, glycol, refrigerant).
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs.
• Proven ability to lead test programs and manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical writing, data-analysis, and communication skills.
