Job Description
Our MV & LV Switchgear division designs and manufactures electrical distribution equipment for business-critical applications throughout Europe. The successful candidates will use intuitive electrical design software and established electrical standards to create design solutions that comply with client functional design specifications.
Requirements
- 3rd level qualification in Engineering or 5 years relevant experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in a related position / comparable role involving exposure to design engineering and managing multiple projects
- Proven understanding of wiring standards including but not limited to BS7671 - 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations
- Aptitude for problem solving and ability to apply this to electrical control design
- An adaptability to respond to a fast-moving business environment
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Display a proactive flexible approach to working within a team environment
