Job Description
Field Service Technician at Vertiv, responsible for servicing Small to Medium UPS, Power Distribution Units & Battery system products. The role requires excellent communication skills, time management, and ability to work under pressure. The Field Service Technician will work with customers, peers, and leadership to provide technical assistance, implement Field Change Notices, and maintain customer satisfaction rates.
Requirements
- ASEET or AMEET certification (or progress towards)
- High School or Vocational School Diploma
- 2-4 years military experience in a related technical field
- 0-2 years of relevant industry experience
