Inventory Coordinator II

The Inventory Coordinator II ensures proper materials are in required quantities and in place when needed in production areas, performs Kanban bin checks, walk thrus and audits, and uses material tracking systems. They also assist associates in maintaining accurate records and determine action plans to improve material process and flow.

Requirements

• Perform multiple Kanban bin checks, walk thrus and audits of assigned areas.
• Use one or more material tracking systems such as MRP, Cullinet, POS, Cribware or Micromain.
• Reconcile on hand balance and computer system balances.
• Determine and initiate action plans to improve material process and flow.
• Assist associates in maintaining accurate records by reviewing the material process through cycle counting and problem solving activities.
• Stock picker and forklift as needed.
