Invoicing Operations Analyst

The Invoicing Operations Analyst is responsible for managing and coordinating customer billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of quality invoices, and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in customer service
• 1-2 years of experience within the finance function
• Advanced experience with ERP financial applications (Oracle preferred)
• Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
