Job Description
The Legal Counsel will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and supporting the negotiation of procurement and supply chain contracts, advising on supplier risk management, and collaborating with internal business teams and external counsel. The role requires strong experience in various areas of law, commercial transactions, and corporate and contract law principles.
Requirements
- Draft, review, and support negotiation of standard procurement and supply chain contracts
- Advise on supplier risk management
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on supplier risk, compliance, and regulatory issues
- Support implementation of global procurement policies and contract management processes
- Assist with reviewing and maintaining legal templates, playbooks, and contract records
