Logistics & Warehousing Manager - Senai, Johor

We are seeking a Logistics & Warehousing Manager to develop and implement strategic plans to optimize warehouse operations and logistics processes. The successful candidate will lead a team of warehouse supervisors, logistics coordinators, and support staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in materials management, procurement, and logistics within a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of inventory control methods, logistics management principles, and ERP systems
