Job Description
The Machine Operator will perform setup, operate press brake, and assist with metal forming and other production tasks within a fast-paced, shift-based environment. Responsibilities include following production schedules, operating machines, reporting production information, maintaining a clean work area, and participating in Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast paced production environment with multiple product changes during the shift.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Communication skills.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Hand/eye coordination.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Ability to perform job function while standing for an entire shift, including overtime when necessary.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
