Maintenance Engineer

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery, equipment, and tools used in the production assembly lines. This role plays a key part in sustaining production quality, improving processes, and ensuring the long-term reliability of equipment and machinery.

Requirements

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery, equipment, and tools used in production.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, thermal, and instrumentation issues in HVAC production lines and related equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repair logs, maintenance schedules, and equipment performance data; prepare detailed reports for management as required.
• Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts and consumables, ensuring timely ordering to prevent production delays.
• Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to identify maintenance needs, address technical issues, and support equipment upgrades or improvements.
• Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior maintenance staff on proper use of tools, machinery, and safety protocols to foster skills development.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and company policies; participate in safety audits and risk assessments.
