Manager, EMEA Materials and Manufacturing Planning

Vertiv seeks a Manager, Materials & Production Planning to drive operational excellence across EMEA LOBs, champion process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to review, propose, and implement processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years in materials management, production planning, or supply chain
• 3+ years in managerial roles, experience in plant or manufacturing environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience with APS systems, SIOP, NPDI, and capacity planning processes
• Strong analytical and Excel expertise, APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus
• Strong background in Lean Six Sigma (minimum Green Belt certified)
• Full professional proficiency in English; Italian or Slovak beneficial
• Business acumen and ability to thrive in a matrix organization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proven process improvement and project management capabilities
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
