Job Description
The Manager, Engineering/R&D - Low Voltage UL Switchboard / Switchgear will develop and execute the R&D strategy in alignment with company goals and market trends. The Manager will lead and manage a team of engineers and researchers, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years of previous experience on similar projects
- Good knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical principles are essential
- Knowledge of electricity, physics, engineering and manufacturing processes
- A high level of motivation combined with leadership abilities is required
- Knowledge of technical norms and UL standards a plus
