Job Description
Vertiv is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team in Anderson, SC. The ideal candidate will be 100% team-oriented, self-driven, and technically proficient. They will work in a technically driven team with minimal functional management and contribute to building the company's reputation in the US.
Requirements
- Support Engineer staff for project specific requirements for Low Voltage Assemblies (LVA)
- Generate Solid work models and drawings as required for each project /site requirements
- Perform initial setup of projects on ERP system IFS
- Compile Technical Drawings for review by Engineers prior to issuing to the customer
- Establish and reinforce document control for each project
- Provide technical support to manufacturing and assembly teams, supporting design related issues and ensuring smooth production process
