Job Description
The Purchasing Manager will lead and support their team of Buyers to ensure that they meet their goals and continuously improve their performance. The role involves setting performance goals, managing the team, leading cost savings projects, and ensuring compliance with procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or equivalent functional experience
- Strong leadership skills
- APICS or ISM certification or evidence showing progress towards achieving
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical thinking and multi-tasking skills
