Quality Inspection/Final Test II

Perform functional testing of completed products, verifying conformance to specified requirements. Assess product evaluation against NEC and UL/CSA standards, review order write ups, and ensure product quality.

Requirements

• Physical inspection and functional inspection of electrical components
• Operation of test bays/stations and associated equipment
• Troubleshooting and/or repairing faulty components
• Use of basic hand tools such as ratchets, wrenches, air tools, pliers, wire stripper, torque tools, crimping tools
• Use of multi-meters
• Use of hypot-tester
• Use of leak check equipment
• Use of computer
• Use of refrigeration manifold gauges
