Quality QMS Auditor

The QMS Auditor is responsible for conducting independent, risk-based assessments of global Quality Management System (QMS) processes to ensure compliance, identify systemic risks, and drive sustained process effectiveness.

Requirements

• Plan and execute risk-based internal audits, and processes to assess compliance and effectiveness.
• Evaluate process effectiveness and maturity, ensuring controls are preventive and consistently executed
• Identify systemic risks and gaps across core QMS business processes, differentiating between localized issues and enterprise-level weaknesses.
• Document and communicate audit findings with clear evidence-based observations, findings and risk prioritization.
• Drive and verify corrective actions (RCCA/CAPA), ensuring true root cause identification and sustainable resolution.
• Validate effectiveness of corrective actions through data, follow-up audits, and performance trends.
• Monitor and report audit performance and systemic trends to Global Quality leadership, supporting governance and management review.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and requirements, including ISO 9001, regulatory, and customer-specific quality systems requirements
• Provide auditor training to site and functional resources to ensure consistent application of audit methodologies and QMS requirements.
• Provide support and guidance for external quality systems audits, ensuring audit readiness, effective execution, and timely, sustainable responses to findings.
