As a Sales Engineer at Vertiv Japan, you will play a critical role in bridging technical solutions with customer needs. This role demands close collaboration with internal sales, project, and service teams, as well as external partners, to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Manage, interpret customer requirements and persuade proposed solution, product or service that best satisfy their needs
- Prepare and perform presentation and customer quotations, negotiate tender and contract terms to close sales
- Provide pre-sales basic technical assistance and intermediate product education
- Analyze costs and sales performance to meet sales targets and prepare management reports
- Coordinate with other staff in sales and projects & services staffs across functions
- Support marketing activities; conferences and other marketing events
- Be accountable for the achievement of sales target assigned
- Enable the partner organization to be prepared for quoting and winning business through appropriate training, certification, demonstrations and related programs
