As a Sales Operations & Support Analyst, you will support the Vertiv Asia business to drive efficiency improvements by coordinating and undertaking the preparation and consolidation of Operations & Procurement analysis, forecasting and tracking reports + managing the item master database.
Requirements
- Create reports & dashboards to monitor the status of Operations & Procurement KPIs
- Manage Item Master database for Asia Market Units in coordination with IT China
- Support Finance, Product Management Group, Procurement, Operations, and Service teams in resolving Item set-up issues
- Collaborate with Finance to establish annual standard cost for Vertiv Asia
- Update & maintain safety stocks and ABC classification in Oracle
- Translate data and analysis into simplified presentations, effectively communicating findings to leaders of key trends, insights, and implications while aligning stakeholders on action plans
- Identify & implement new processes and improvement opportunities to maximize Operations and Procurement Teams productivity
- Generate and maintain weekly, monthly & quarterly management reports and dashboards
