Job Description
Vertiv is seeking a Senior Hardware Development Engineer to join their Single Phase UPS R&D team in Zagreb, Croatia. The role involves designing low-power energy electronics circuits, ensuring product quality, and contributing to the entire product development process. They aim to empower people to use cutting-edge technology in various fields.
Requirements
- Development and design of power converters based on GaN, SiC and Si technologies
- Development and design of control electronics
- Selection, calculation and selection of components
- Testing of hardware components and prototypes
- Analysis of hardware operation and performance
- Preparation of technical specifications, material and component specifications
- Cooperation with teams from power electronics, mechanical engineering, software and testing
- Conducting electronics design reviews
- Creation of test specifications and procedures
- Design validation
- Participation in debugging of designs and devices
