Power Electronics Engineer

Vertiv is seeking a Power Electronics Engineer to join their Single Phase UPS team in Zagreb. The role involves developing and designing power converters, control electronics, and control loops using GaN, SiC, and Si Mosfet technologies. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in product development from concept to execution, aiming for innovative solutions and high quality products. Requirements

• Development and design of power converters based on GaN, SiC, and Si Mosfet technologies
• Development and design of control electronics
• Selection, calculation and selection of components
• Preparation of detailed analyses and studies of power converters
• Analysis and application of control methods for power converters
• Cooperation with teams from electronics, mechanical engineering, software and testing
• Participation in FMEA method and analyses
