Job Description
Support the Service business through the warehouse by pulling, packing, and shipping parts for customer orders, and managing all associated tracking information.
Requirements
- Visual inspection of incoming parts and placing into inventory
- Reporting of discrepancies
- Verify bill of lading, stock locations, quantities and part numbers and store-received stock
- Packaging, preparing and loading of orders provided by the stockroom
- Pulling, bagging, and labeling stock for orders
- Generate all orders for daily shipping
- Create all picking labels and shipping labels for all orders
- Process all orders through customer portals, Vertiv portal, UPS and FedEx machines
- Process all RMA’s from customers
- Manage and process all Freight Claims in Database
- Prepare International Documentation for all Int’l Orders
- Perform cycle counts and verify stock numbers, quantities, locations, descriptions, and shelf life
- Create parts kits
- Identify stock shortages
- Ensure that all work is performed in a safe manner and ensure that all safety measures are met
