Supervisor Manufacturing Quality

Supervise, develop, and apply quality improvements to products and quality systems through assigned resources in the most efficient way possible, and through the use of statistical and continuous improvement techniques.

Requirements

• Supervise staff under their charge, providing the necessary tools and equipment, as well as training in the activities assigned to them, and ensuring that these are carried out on time and in form.
• Monitor operations and tools used in production to ensure compliance with specifications and product quality.
• Report problems or defects during the performance of their checks, as well as identify non-conforming products and issue the corresponding quality alert.
• Participate in internal and process audits.
• Participate in Tier process, fill in the corresponding metrics and propose improvement actions.
