Team Coordinator IS - 1st Shift - Pelzer

The Team Coordinator assists the supervisor in the operation of an area of a department, ensuring continuous production flow by relieving bottlenecks and filling in positions as needed. The role involves learning all positions, identifying part and resource shortages, and providing solutions. The Team Coordinator also facilitates implementation of Lean Manufacturing processes and communicates with Supervisors, Engineers, and Managers as appropriate.

• Reduces production bottle necks on manufacturing product line.
• Address and correct workflow issues.
• Learns all positions and fills in as needed.
