Job Description
Veryon is seeking a Director of Product Operations to lead the planning, execution, and process excellence for its Product organization, driving process excellence, GTM readiness, and cross-functional collaboration to help teams deliver high-impact products faster and more effectively.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product operations, product management, program management, business operations, or similar functions supporting SaaS products.
- Demonstrated experience building, scaling, and improving product operations or analogous support functions – with a strong focus on GTM enablement.
- Deep understanding of product lifecycles, agile development, and release planning.
- Strong business and financial acumen: experience with metrics, financial data, and presenting insights.
- Proficiency with key product management tools (e.g., Product Board, Jira, Confluence, Pendo, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills — able to adapt style for varied audiences and drive alignment in complex, matrixed environments.
- Strong organizational skills, comfort juggling multiple initiatives, and strong prioritization instincts.
