Job Description
Vespera Resort on Pismo Beach is seeking a Room Attendant - Housekeeping to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, responding to guest needs, and working efficiently with limited supervision.
Requirements
- Understand the mission, vision, and goals of the hotel.
- Prioritize and work efficiently with limited supervision.
- Speak and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
- Possess excellent communication, follow up, and organizational skills.
- Ability to push, pull bend, squat and lift on a regular basis up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Follow directions thoroughly and work cohesively with co-workers.
- Satisfactory communication with guests, management and co-workers.
