Leasing Consultant, Tabco Towers

Vesta Management is seeking to hire an experienced, customer service focused, results driven Leasing Consultant to support operations at Tabco Towers in Towson, MD. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all activities related to achieving maximum occupancy at the property, including generating and handling telephone and on-site traffic, showing “ready” apartments, closing the lease, qualifying prospects, and conducting the move-in. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.

Requirements

• HS diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years of related experience
• Experience in a property management or apartment community and/or with affordable housing programs
• Multilingual skills strongly preferred
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong computer skills; including MS Office suite, Outlook, and property management software
