As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing all assigned maintenance tasks to ensure that the property meets safety, appearance, and operational standards.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of related experience
• Apartment community experience required
• Working knowledge of and proven skilled ability to successfully repair and maintain drywall, lock change, and light electrical, carpentry, flooring, plumbing
• HVAC strongly preferred
