Job Description
Customer Relationship Manager responsible for resolving customer issues, negotiating liquidated damages reduction, and coordinating customer satisfaction surveys. Job requires good communication skills and working knowledge of SAP and SalesForce.
Requirements
- Any Graduate from the institute of repute; Engineering graduate with management degree
- Good communication
- Working knowledge of SAP and SalesForce
- Good MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
