Join the new Vestas Blades Process Engineering department as a Layup Process Engineering Specialist in Goleniów, Poland. Design and optimize production processes, create process roadmaps, and standardize manufacturing processes to improve overall business performance.

Requirements

• About 6 years of experience in similar roles
• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or other similar fields
• Experience and knowledge of optimization and standardization within manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of composite materials (fiberglass, carbon fiber, epoxy)
• CAD/CATIA understanding
• GB Six Sigma or Advance Manufacturing Process Analysis
• Willingness to travel to support multiple Vestas sites
