Quality Manager

Lead a collaborative Quality team in a manufacturing site, promoting excellence in processes and people, ensuring product quality meets specifications, and maintaining compliance with international standards.

Requirements

• Master degree in engineering, quality, production or related field
• Several years work experience in quality/engineering environment
• People management experience
• Skilled with product verification/validation
• Good understanding of quality tools (e.g. Six Sigma Black Belt - welcomed)
• Experienced with customer relations and audits including ISO
• Very good Knowledge in quality systems
• Fluency in English and Polish
