Requirements

• Minimum 3-6 years in a SOC environment
• 2+ years in a management or lead position
• Deep understanding of network security, infrastructure (Cloud, Servers), malware analysis, and vulnerability management
• Practical experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, and SOAR platforms
• CISSP, CISM, GIAC, CEH, or CompTIA Security+/CySA+ certification
• Leadership and soft skills to mentor analysts, manage incident response, and communicate with executives
