Vestas Wind are looking for an experienced Senior Service Commercial and Contract Lead to join our Service Sales Department in Australia and New Zealand, driving financial recovery and cost optimisation.
Requirements
- Develop and execute service contract performance enhancement aligned with regional and global targets
- Identify underperforming contracts and implement corrective measures to restore profitability
- Commercial Analysis & Optimization: Conduct detailed financial analysis of service agreements to identify gaps in pricing, scope, and cost structures
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Legal teams to ensure alignment on recovery actions
- Process Improvement: Implement best practices for contract governance and profitability monitoring
- Risk Management: Assess contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies to prevent future profitability erosion
