Service Director (f/m/d)

Service Director (f/m/d) for Cluster 1, reporting to Vice President for NCE Service Offshore Operations, responsible for leading and developing the team, overseeing service sites, and ensuring effective overall management of the business.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Solid experience in similar role within international service organization in wind or offshore industry
• Demonstrated experience with leadership and people management
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
• Good business skills, customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
