Site Manager

We are looking for a Site Manager to join our Installation Department East. As a Site Manager, you will oversee a team of Supervisors, HSE Coordinators, and subcontractors to ensure the project stays on budget and on schedule while meeting our technical, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Organize construction sites with an emphasis on safety, quality, and budget control
• Oversee all construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Monitor work progress daily to meet contractual performance requirements
• Prepare internal and external reports to communicate project progress
• Plan to prevent issues and resolve emerging challenges
• Analyze, coordinate, and mitigate risks
• Ensure quality construction standards are adhered to and that proper construction techniques are used
• Be involved from site preparation to the handover of the completed project
