Team Leader

Vestas is looking for a Team Leader with experience in People Management to join their Operations organisation. The role will involve supporting and developing employees, budgeting responsibilities, and ensuring trained and compliant resources are available for service execution. The successful candidate will have a business management qualification, demonstrated experience in a leadership or supervisory position, and offshore/renewable sector experience preferred.

Requirements

• Business Management qualification or similar
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership or supervisory position
• Offshore/renewable sector experience preferred
• Fluent in English and the local language of the country you are applying to
• Solid IT skills, including MS Office 365, MS Teams, and basic conferencing tools- SAP would be advantageous
