Tooling Engineer - Taranto

We are hiring Tooling Engineers to join our Blades Process Engineering team at the Vestas wind turbine blade factory in Taranto. As a Tooling Engineer, you will support the design, development, and optimization of tools and equipment used in the manufacturing of wind turbine blades.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Solid understanding of industrial tooling and mechanical systems
• Ability to define technical and safety requirements for tools
• Practical problem-solving mindset
• Willing to work directly on the shop floor
