Job Description
Vestiaire Collective is a global platform for pre-loved fashion, making circular fashion the norm. As a Customer Service Resolution Specialist, you'll handle complex customer requests, ensuring a positive user experience and loyalty. You'll work in a hybrid model, 3 days onsite in Paris and 2 days remote.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of successful experience in Customer Service
- Passionate about the world of fashion, luxury, and circularity
- Strong customer empathy, solution-oriented, and an understanding of the Buyer & Seller mindset
- Perfect command of written and spoken English - French (both with a native speaking and writing)
