Job Description
Anchor Bay Veterinary Center is a small, state-of-the-art facility focused on nurturing the human-animal bond. We seek a skilled Veterinary Assistant to join our team of dedicated animal healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Assist veterinarians during appointments, surgeries, and other medical procedures
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, and record vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by veterinarians
- Collect and prepare laboratory samples for testing
- Perform dental cleanings and assist with other procedures as needed
- Clean and maintain medical equipment and exam rooms
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
