Senior Solutions Architect

Role Overview

As a Senior Solutions Architect at Veteran Enhanced Technology Solutions (VETS), you will lead internal projects, ensure service delivery excellence, and serve as a senior technical advisor for assigned technology solution areas. You will mentor and provide technical guidance to VETS architects and developers, deliver exceptional leadership and customer service, and manage technical personnel to achieve customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include participating in internal projects, ensuring service delivery maintains the highest standards of excellence, mentoring and providing technical guidance, delivering exceptional leadership and customer service, managing and directing technical personnel, producing implementation delivery documentation, and participating in process flow analysis and process redesign.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires more than two current ServiceNow CIS certificates and mastery understanding of solution aligned with the certificates. You must acquire ONE CSA or CAD, FIVE Micro Certifications, and ONE Sales/Pre Sales Certification within three months from date of hire.
