Solutions Architect

Role Overview

As a Solutions Architect at Veteran Enhanced Technology Solutions (VETS), you will participate in internal projects, collaborate with customers to understand their business goals and technical requirements, and work closely with internal and external teams to ensure success. You will develop technical expertise and deliver customer service through implementation and support.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include participating in process flow analysis, process redesign, and technical project team lead with development to produce high-level and detailed implementation and solution designs. You will also maintain current ServiceNow knowledge and possess multiple ServiceNow CIS certificates.

Requirements

• Participate in internal projects as required

• Work closely with internal and external customer project managers, developers, and teams
• Develop exceptional technical expertise and deliver customer service through to implementation and support
• Possess more than one current ServiceNow CIS certificate
