
Job description
As a Solutions Architect at Veteran Enhanced Technology Solutions (VETS), you will participate in internal projects, collaborate with customers to understand their business goals and technical requirements, and work closely with internal and external teams to ensure success. You will develop technical expertise and deliver customer service through implementation and support.
Your responsibilities will include participating in process flow analysis, process redesign, and technical project team lead with development to produce high-level and detailed implementation and solution designs. You will also maintain current ServiceNow knowledge and possess multiple ServiceNow CIS certificates.
This role requires exceptional technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
