Receptionist/Billing Coordinator

VETERANS VILLAGE OF SAN DIEGO is seeking a Receptionist/Billing Coordinator to support front-office clinical operations. The role includes registering and scheduling clients, providing administrative support for billing services, and delivering patient-centered customer service. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong administrative and interpersonal skills, proficiency in electronic health record systems, and experience working with the military and/or veteran community.

Requirements

• Proficient in typing, filing, and general administrative office functions
• Working knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Computer proficient with experience using Microsoft Office applications
• Prior experience working with the military and/or veteran community or within related administrative or healthcare organizations
