Site Director

The Site Director will oversee internal and external functions of site-based programs, including Food Service, Community Outreach and Activities, and provide strong managerial and administrative oversight to ensure successful performance-based programs.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, Public Administration, Non-profit Management or related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in program management, staff supervision, program development and budget management
• Experience working with veterans, homeless individuals, disabled individuals, and/or families in need and culturally diverse populations
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with diverse groups of individuals
