Job Description
We are looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team at Alvin Animal Clinic in Texas. As a Veterinary Technician, you will work collaboratively with veterinarians and other staff members to provide compassionate care to a wide variety of species, including dogs, cats, small mammals, reptiles, and farm animals.
Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) with a valid license in Texas.
- Strong knowledge of veterinary medical practices, procedures, and terminology.
- Proficiency in compassionately handling and restraining animals, including those exhibiting stress or fear.
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using veterinary software for patient records and medical documentation.
